How do the monthly change credits work?Unused included credits carry forward, up to a balance of 12.

Each monthly payment adds one credit. Save your included credits for when you need them, up to a balance of 12.
Need more? Four extra credits are $100. Purchased credits are tracked separately and do not count toward the 12-credit cap.
One credit covers either
- Up to five text edits to existing content, or
- Up to two photo replacements using images you supply.
A text edit updates one existing passage, such as your hours, a price, or a service description. We confirm the credit cost before starting.
New pages, substantial copywriting, layout changes, and new features are quoted separately. Fixing our mistakes never uses your credits.

A one-page site can launch in as little as one week. We’ll confirm the timing for your project after we learn what you need and what materials are ready.
What do you need from me?

When do I own the website and domain?
With Pay Upfront, you own the finished website and any domain we purchase on your behalf after you pay the $199 development fee and first monthly payment. With Spread the Cost, ownership transfers after you fulfill the initial 12-month agreement and make the final payment. Your supplied business content remains yours.
What happens after the first year?
Spread the Cost continues month to month at $79/month after the initial 12-month agreement, unless you choose to renew for another year.

What is included in the introductory website package?
A mobile-friendly page with your supplied business details and photos, an inquiry form, contact links, hosting, a secure connection, and a saved backup. Can you build a new site if I have one already?
Yes. This is a fresh build. We’ll check which content you own and plan the move from the existing site before changing anything.
Can the website use my existing domain?
We’ll check who controls the domain and what access is needed before agreeing a move. Domain registration and renewals are separate from the introductory offer.
Can I add pages or change photos later?
Yes. We’ll agree on the changes and price first. The introductory hosting offer does not include ongoing content updates. The separate standard care packages have change-credit terms; additional pages and features are quoted separately.
Is marketing part of the hosting price?
No. Marketing, social media content, search visibility, branding, and video editing are optional, separately quoted services.
When will the website be ready?
We’ll agree the schedule after the scope and materials are clear. You’ll review a draft before it goes live.
